• All custom-made furniture orders are final and non-refundable once production has
  begun.
• Refunds are generally not issued for completed custom orders.
• If a product arrives damaged due to manufacturing error, our team will assess the
  issue and provide repair or appropriate correction where necessary.
• Ready-made items may be exchanged only if they remain unused and the request is
  made shortly after delivery.
